Annette Spanganberg is the founder of Priority Medical Billing, and is a practicing Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience in hospital and home care environments. Annette is a Registered New York State Respiratory Therapist who earned her A.A.S in Respiratory Care from Erie Community College in 1990. Annette is also certified in medical transcription, and is a Certified Professional Coder, holding her credentials through the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders). Annette also holds a certificate in medical transcription and currently provides that service to hospitals in the Rochester area.
